Exercise Routines Slowing Down
It’s easier to exercise in the summer time as compared to the winter. You can do a lot of outdoor activities in the summer and it’s easier to burn those extra calories in the summer. When the weather gets cold you have to find new ways on how to shed those extra pounds. This gives us extra excuses on why we don’t need to work out today. It’s these extra excuses that get us in trouble. It’s easy to find excuses on why we shouldn’t exercise and it’s important to eliminate the excuses.
So you can’t run outside anymore? You can still hit the treadmill indoors and get that part of your exercise routine taken care of. It’s okay if you do less in the winter time, but just make sure its not too much less. Avoid those extra excuses as the air gets cooler and try to find new ways to burn the same calories as you would outdoors. If you can stay away from the excuses; you will be able to stay away from those extra pounds this winter!
