Well you know the saying, but it is true and what we eat is so important. A good balance of food is the best diet anyone can have. Instead of trying to focus on a dozen of real healthy foods, try to eat the most variety as possible. Yes, even the things they say are bad are fine to eat, but only on rare occasions. It doesn’t matter what you eat, just don’t eat the same thing everyday. You will feel so much better when you start trying a variety of foods and if you can go through one week and never eat the same thing, you will see a big difference in the way your body feels. It’s ok to eat a hamburger at one fast food restaurant and then try another hamburger at a different place. No two hamburgers are the same (if you order them from different places) and you will get different things with each. You don’t want to eat 5 hamburgers in 5 days at different places, but a couple of different restaurants are fine and the toppings, bread and even the meat will have different nutrients for your body. Just make sure you don’t eat too much in your variety week or you might need some weight loss pills. So eat in moderation and the more variety the better!
