After proving trying many traficc exchange sites, definitively I have remained with:

1) HITWAR: you can show your sites and earn money.

2) Trafficattitude:gives you a very good exhibition of your sites, but do not earn money.

I’ve been a member of BestFreeTraffic for approx. 4 years. The customer service is the best I’ve ever seen. You don’t have to wait a couple of days for your site to be approved, it’s fast. Any site I have entered for approval is approved, it seems, in minutes.
If you have a problem, the Admin response is fast, also.

I don’t know if it is realy a good strategy, but I like to surf a large number of different surfs over a month. This means I belong to a large number of sites.
One of the more recent additions to my group is called Scary Hits. The click icons are interesting, it seems to be a very smooth surf, and it has the progressive surf feature, which is nice if I am feeling ambitious…

One of my favourite ways to find traffic exchanges is to join groups like Surfin 101 (which currently lists 128 manual and 40 auto surf sites). I havent taken the time to do it but you can add your referral links to the listed programs and add any programs that are not listed!
