Happy Thanksgiving Google Team
by Chris Padgett on Nov.25, 2010, under Marketing
Wow! The 2010 year is just flying by and now the holidays are in full-force in the USA. Even if you don’t live in the USA or celebrate the American holidays, you can still take advantage of some big time earnings this holiday season. I am very proud to be associated with the Google Ranked Us surfing team online. A team of online marketers who strive daily to be the best they can be. Our unique patent of building surfing teams and building a winning team in traffic exchanges and money-making programs continues to be effective. As the team leader has to battle with a few offline issues, so has the other members, who had no direct ties to the team leader’s offline issues. I hope most of them are now resolved and a stiff upward swing is in our short term horizons. Now on to the Thanksgiving festivities!
The U.S. holiday of Thanksgiving is traditionally known as a day of eating and watching American football. While the food and sports seem to steal the show every Thanksgiving holiday on this late Thursday in November, this special day is also a reflection time. A day to just stop and take a deep breath and be thankful for all the things we have and not sad for all the things we haven’t got.
I have a lot of things to be thankful for and could never show my appreciation for each and every thing I am blessed with in life. It would take more than a day to cover all the friends and family I am lucky to have in my life. If I did make an attempt to name these things, I would have to put the Google Team at the top of the list. Our competitive nature to show up at Trafficera each day is just half of the battle. My online family is constantly in a rating game and gets evaluated on their online activity with the team, by surfing, finding clocks, and finding the best ways to generate PV (personal value) to their Trafficera statistics. Not only has the Google Team Members found ways to achieve this on a daily basis, but they have brought a lot more to the marketing table, than just their ability to be active online. The conversation each member brings daily, the friendship and willing to help fellow teammates daily, and the amount of manners this special group of Google Team members have in their arsenal, are all things that I didn’t expect or ever demanded. Seeing all of this naturally come together and the way it has unfolded over the past year, really gives you a since of warmth and heart-felt emotions. If someone else on the team can stop what they’re doing to help someone else online; then why can’t we all do this? For the most part, we have!
Other teams at Trafficera have promoted their friendship on their sleeve or in their team pages for attracting new members. They make bold claims of having a group of people in their teams, who understand friendship comes first and the team’s success comes 2nd on the plate. The Google Team has never put friendship first and it has always been a number games with us. There are a lot of places online you can go to make friends and build an online friendship if that is what you’re looking for. The Traffic Era traffic exchange created by Logiscape Technologies was never designed for a friendship building tool. It does combine an effective social networking system with the TE functions and allows members to gain business contacts online. These people you come to build bonds with, through your online marketing efforts, do have the potential to become friends.
The Google Teamhas always recognized the fact, people join Traficera, in the hopes they can promote or spread the word about an online interest of theirs. In 98% of the cases, it is money making opportunities that led us to this growing traffic exchange. It makes no sense to us, why someone would join a social environment like this, which is geared to making more money online and desperately wanting to attach the “friendship” label to their screen name or to their team’s name. We at Google offer no friendship, no joint efforts in signing up for new programs, or courtesy in chat toward fellow members. We don’t promote our friendship, we don’t offer our friendship to strangers, and we don’t offer a hand out to anyone online, who has priorities that are different from our online marketing and team goals. Any friendships that happen on Google Ranked Us is by accident and no time has been wasted in trying to pursue friendships and common courtesy to those who are strangers to our online marketing team.
X-Raying The Google Cheers and Friendship
However, while we never orchestrated or created ways to become better friends, we have ultimately become the best of online friends. The bond our team holds at the core is 2nd to none. The fact we didn’t advertise friendship and tried to relay false information to others, that there were other things more important than the team, our daily efforts, or the positive results we get or don’t get on any given day. Our team understands your home life and your real family which shares the same roof in your household is more important and comes before our Google team. For some reason, if teams don’t publicly say this or relay this message to others on the team and outside of the team, you become known as someone greedy and doesn’t care. We don’t have to make statements in chat that our real life families come first. Here at Google, we understand family and a lot more things without having to say it or repeat it constantly.
The good news is that the decision is all yours. You’re free to come and go in any manner that you like. If you are currently looking for a new team at Trafficera to join and want a dedicate group of marketing soldiers who will go to the front lines of war with you each day, then you need to join the 001 Google Ranked Us team. Our team will waste no effort in promoting our friendship or our love for one another. We all met online with the intentions of forming an effective marketing team online. To be a member on our team, you have to realize the mouse is a better online weapon than the keyboard. Speaking the English language or putting any amount of energy into typing words in chat is not important, not required, and not needed at Google. Your mouse clicking numbers and surfing as many pages each day as possible, is what counts first on our team. Our team will have success now and going forward into the future, because we realize this.
The Google Ranked Us team features no rules, no surf minimums, no other team related programs are not necessary to join, to become a Google member. Your mouse clicking and finding clocks is all we want from you. We don’t spend time making rules about our team chat. Other teams want to limit or ban you from posting referral links in the team chat. These same teams that promote their friendship on their sleeves, are really not that friendly at all, when it comes to posting your favorite online programs in chat and following it up with a direct referral link. Our team focuses on Google Money and not Google Team Rules!
The Google Team understands you are online to spread the word about a specific program. Posting your referral link in the team chat, is a great way to show fellow members why you are here, what your program can offer them, and allows interested parties to ask you direct questions, which you can respond with direct answers. Our ability to avoid other team’s flaws, is what gives us the edge in the Trafficera arena and in the other arenas that go outside the walls of Trafficera.
The useless statements and words that are really not supported with actions is what most Trafficera teams offer their members. They can say all they want about friendships being important and how their close-knit members makes things fun and different from other teams. These friendship teams never fail to surprise me, when they offer their friendship to complete strangers and then follow it up with a few surfing rules and what they can or can’t do in team chat.
The Google Ranked Us team is the only Trafficera team without a true team leader. No one is in charge of this team and it belongs equally to all 15, 18, 21, 25, or ever how many members is on the team at any given time. We add and remove more team players than any other team here at Traffic Era. Due to the fact, anyone can join our team. We don’t go around studying the numbers of other members and try to determine if they are active or not active. If they have an upgrade or if they are a silver member. If they show their referral page for extra PV points or not. If they speak in chat or if they don’t. Joining our team just requires a mouse that works properly. Every single day, we want you to prove your mouse is in tip top shape. We will judge you on the condition of your mouse and we want you to prove to us, that it works every single day. Those who fail to show us their computer mouses work and really work good each day, will be replaced by others who have a properly working mouse.
I have a lot to be thankful for today and without a shadow of a doubt, its the Google Ranked Us Team I am most thankful for. While we do have one turkey on the team that runs around constantly and wants to prove her keyboard works as much as her mouse, I would regret talking about this awesome surfing team, without giving her due credit for her tremendous, daily dedication, energy, and positive attitude she brings to the Traffic Era workshop each and every day. Above is the picture of our top bird and the face of the Google Surfing team. Her online name is Divaneh and she is just one of the great people you want to speak to daily and want to be friends with online. She is just one of many, on this team I consider friends and would be willing to go that extra mile for, because of the friendship and courtesy they show to everyone they meet online. By no means am I a top bird and I am often just a middle bird and if the middle finger and bird rings a bell in your head; then more than likely that is a more appropriate relation to me, than the other high flying birds on this team!
Now that Thanksgiving is here, we can officially put up the “Now Open” sign in our team window and let every marketer online, know that Google is now open for holiday business! If you like new and unique experiences and want a group of people that will talk direct numbers with you from sun up to sun down; then come by and see what our team is cooking up for the holidays. The 2010 year is almost gone and will be permanently recorded in the books soon. The 2011 year promises to be the best ever, as Google makes another move to separate their online marketing efforts away from every other team at Trafficera and online. Our direct approach and staying on the hottest traffic and money trails will continue to be the fire in our engines that puts the earnings in our Pay Pal and Alert Pay accounts. It’s all up to you! Go join the team of strangers who want to make you their new best friend or come to the team that can only offer Pay Pal and Alert Pay credits.
