Basketball Tournament In Vegas Heats Up
The tournament for the Olympics is now underway in Las Vegas. The FIBA Americas tournament is going to be the one to see who represents the America’s in basketball when the Olympics take place next year in China. The USA Team has really been looking good and they will face an undefeated opponent tonight in Vegas. Argentina isn’t even playing with their best players and has managed to have a perfect record to this point. The USA team has not been beat either, so this will be a good game between two undefeated teams tonight in Las Vegas.
I wish I knew where the American Team was staying at, because I think it would be a good place to go for autographs. So many places that they could be at, and it’s not as easy as just picking one popular hotel like the Flamingo Las Vegas. They are a number of famous hotels that the team could be staying at. Then again, Wayne Newton’s House is so big, he might just be keeping them at his place.
Hopefully the USA Team will be able to get off to a good start and beat the team from Argentina early. They are 3 NBA players that play for them, but they are not participating in the Las Vegas Tournament. So the USA Team should win this game pretty easy as Kobe Bryant and company take their sights on winning the FIBA Americas Tournament! Go USA!!!
