It’s amazing to think about all the things our body parts have to do over a lifetime. Someone that lives to be in their 80’s, 90’s or even 100 have body parts that never stopped working for them. Imagine how many times the heart beats over a lifetime or our eyes blink to keep us seeing. If you think about all the steps we ever took, we had the same two feet to take us the whole way. The feet go through a lot over our lifetime and it’s no fun when they are acting up. I have probably lived half of my life already and not sure my feet will be able to carry be the rest of the way. I have a lot of minor aches and pains now and nothing serious like Plantar Fasciitis. I think the best medicine would be to give them a few months off, but how do you give your feet a vacation and still go somewhere? So when your body starts to feel all the aches and pains that come from old age, just remember that with old age come old feet.

The NFL kicked off Thursday Night with the New York Giants winning big over the Washington Redskins and the Giants look like a playoff team this year. Now Sunday is here and we can experience what the Redskin and Giant’s fans got to on Thursday. Tailgaters woke up early this morning to get their spots at their local NFL Stadiums. It was fun sitting back and watching all of the college football players on Saturday and now we get to see the big boys play.

So who is your favorite NFL team? I have been an Atlanta Falcons fan all of my life and can remember when Steve Bartkowski was doing the QB duties for the team. So the NFL has been in my blood for a long time and it’s always fun to watch the first round of games and hear what the so called experts think of how each team will do this season. You can’t judge much from the first game, but I like predictions that people stick to and once your wrong, your not allowed to play anymore. Some of these guys continually get things wrong and when they do pick a winner they let you know about it. I’m sure many of you have seen the popular few picks on the pregame shows that get picked each week and they show you games that are easy to pick the winners on. I wish they would show the games that are not that easy to pick. I always love their upset pick. They pick two teams that are close in terms of talent or take a team that is clearly better and have to go on the road to play. So it would be nice to see someone with guts on these shows and admit when they are wrong.

I don’t see how anyone could go against the Patriots this year and seeing how they was the best team last year. They did go away from Randy Moss late in the year and that’s what made them look more human. If they throw to Moss every game, they are indeed unbeatable. I do think they represent the AFC this year, but I will give Peyton Manning and his crew the next slot to represent the AFC in the Super Bowl this year. The NFC division will be the Tampa Bay Bucs and their defense will lead them to a Super Bowl this year. So that’s my story and I’m sticking to it!

No matter where you are located at in the country, you can take advantage of a loan and get money sent to you fast! If the automobile is in too bad of shape, we might just need to get a new one and then we can just focus in on a certain type of loan. Just don’t let money or the condition of your car get you too down and just take the time to plan out your finances and in most cases we can see just how much better off we would be with getting a small loan right now.

Not a song that really gets the air play these days on the radio but was a big song when it was released in 1990. The Scorpions is a good band and this was one of the top songs that we remember them from today. Send Me an Angel is worthy of a top 5 spot of the best 5 angel songs of all time. A metal band with a power ballad that has lyrics that are very easy to understand and it’s a song that has held up over time. Wind of Change was a bigger song for the band and more people might remember that ballad more from the Scorpions. They also recorded another song that would fit the weather pattern perfect right now and that was their huge hit Rock You Like a Hurricane. There are lots of folks getting rocked like a hurricane right now and it looks like Hurricane Ike will be the next one to deliver a blow to the U.S..

There are a lot of angel songs out there and don’t worry if you haven’t seen your favorite angel song yet, because I still have 3 more spots left in the countdown. I will have a hard time narrowing the field to only 3 more angel songs and it should be interesting to see which artist or band lands the top angel song of all time. I’m not looking for singers with angel in their name or a band that has the word angel in their name. This countdown is just about the songs and all they need is “angel” in the title of the song and they have a shot to make my top 5 countdown of the best angel songs out there!
