Do you like to gamble online? Most people make the mistake by staying with their hands too long and there is no shame by folding early and living to fight for another hand. Patience can’t be stressed enough in the game of poker and those that have a lot of patience can usually be the ones that will stick around the longest. You do have to take chances from time to time and go with that gut feeling, but try to play off your opponent’s aggressiveness and this strategy will keep you at the table longer than most.

Arthur Blank the owner of the Atlanta Falcons has lost interest in the team. After his star quarterback Michael Vick has been suspended for the year, the owner feels no more love for the team. This showed yesterday when the Atlanta Falcons hosted the San Franscisco 49ers. The Falcons needed to sell about 3,000 more tickets so that the game could be shown in the local area of Atlanta. Instead the game was blacked out in the local areas of Georgia, due to the NFL rules on selling out games by the 1PM Thursday deadline. While Mr. Blank has given up on the team and them not being shown on television in the local area will further distant fans from the Atlanta Falcons. This is going to be the decline of the Falcons team and Rich McKay the GM is still not wanting to rebuild this team yet. So the fans in Atlanta are going to be waiting a long time, before the Falcons can become a competitive football team again. Mr. Blank should just sell the team if he’s going to rely on one player like Michael Vick to carry them. The Falcons might be leaving the city of Atlanta and when you can’t watch them on television, most people probably want even notice that the team is gone.

For those of you that have a mirror located in the living room or den, might want to consider adding a wall sconce next to the mirror. This is a good way to draw attention to your mirror, while adding extra light to the reflection that the mirror is giving off. I know we have a couple of mirrors in our home, that you really can’t see yourself that well in, because of the poor lighting. A wall sconce gives you that extra light and will actually help the mirror out for what it was intended to do. It doesn’t just have to be for mirrors either. That large picture you have hanging up with the kids or grandkids on it, can become the center of attraction with one of these wall sconces. Try adding one of these by your mirror or pictures in your home and you will see the results immediately, without you having to drag your guest to see the hanging object in your home.

I was just wondering what was the top traffic exchange out there. Feel free to vote on your favorite traffic exchange or list several that you like to use. Which ones have you had the best results with? I’m sure many of you know of TS25 which might be the only traffic exchange online that is a million dollar company. I’m not sure if they are a million dollar company, but they have a huge member base and I can’t think of one traffic exchange that might be as good as they are.

Be sure you’re using several traffic exchanges. Don’t just stay with 1 or 2, when you can be promoting your pages to dozens of traffic exchanges that exist out there. I probably use over 50 different traffic exchanges and they are all great for getting referrals, making sales, and getting better search engine rankings. If you can get on the first pages of Google, MSN, and Yahoo, you’re ahead of the game. Most people never look to see what the search results are on the 2nd page or further down, so it’s really important to get on the first page. Traffic Exchanges can be a big help and getting your website on the first page of search engine results.
 

A good thing about most traffic exchanges, you can sign up for FREE! You can use their services without ever having to spend any money out of your own pocket. There is no such thing as too much advertising and when its free to do, you have absolutely nothing to lose.

Traffic exchanges are here to stay and I don’t see them going anywhere no time soon. It’s a great way to promote online today and will be for tomorrow too! If you have never tried using them before; stop what you’re doing and join with one today. Some of them will let you promote 3, 5, or more URL’s at one time. You usually get a nice sign up bonus from most traffic exchanges and that you be enough credits to get you started on. You normally have to surf a certain amount of websites to fully activate your account and start earning your own traffic from that particular website. Be sure after you sign up that you take the extra 10 to 15 minutes and surf enough so your account is fully activated. Be sure you leave a real email address too, when you sign up. Most traffic exchanges will send out an email for you to activate your accounts with. So you need an email address to help activate your accounts with most traffic exchanges.

Our bathroom could use a make over at my house. I just notice the vent today in the bathroom was in a bad need of a dusting. It wouldn’t hurt to go out and pick up a few bathroom vanities too. The bathroom is probably one of the most easiest rooms in the house to fix up. They are a lot of little parts you have to buy to keep it running right, but since it is so small, there is never a problem with painting or putting up wallpaper. I know the bathtub drain doesn’t hold water like it should, so I might just get new a new shower head when I replace the drain. Since I will be in the plumbing section, I might just go ahead and pick up a new faucet for the laboratory as well. Maybe the bathroom isn’t the easiest room in the house to fix up.

I love those McRib sandwiches they have at McDonalds. I know in my area, they only come around once a year. They usually stay for about a month and then there gone again. The McRib is a boneless piece of ribs in barbecue sauce and they put it on a bun with onions and pickles. It’s a nice treat for anyone that has never tried one before. Be sure to let me know how much you like the McRibs and maybe I can get something going, where McDonalds will bring these back more often. I actually would probably get sick of them if we had them every few weeks. So it might be good that they only come once a year. I know the craving starts for me; long before they actually get here.

I have some friends that have gone to Las Vegas for the past two years. They are talking about going again next year in June. I have always wanted to go to Vegas and would love to go with them. The big thing about making the trip to Las Vegas is having plenty of money. I’m not sure if I will be able to save up enough to go with them this year or not. I am going to go to Vegas one of these days; I would just like to have enough money so I could have a good time. It cost about $300 to $400 for our hotel and plane trip. It’s pretty cheap because we get a good rate on a group going. So I would need to save that much just for the trip and would have to save another $500 or so for my gambling and entertainment needs. I’m just not sure if I can save that much in the next 8 months or so. I might just have to start saving now, so I can plan to go in 2009!

So has anyone got a deer this year yet? I know hunting season is starting to get in full swing where I live and lots of hunters are taking to the woods, looking for that deer. I don’t go deer hunting, but I do like eating them. I haven’t acquired the taste for the sausage or the deer steaks that people will fry, but adding deer meat to a soup is great. I love deer stew, if it has been cooked right. I have a cousin that prepares it with a few vegetables that I like and he also adds lima beans to his deer stew. I’m not the biggest fan of lima beans, but I will eat it the way he prepares his deer stew.

I miss our family reunions where he would bring the Crocker pot and it would be filled with deer stew. The electric pot would keep the deer stew good and hot. I would never just eat one bowl, but I would make 2nd and 3rd trips back for it. Just thinking about it now, makes me want to have a bowl. I think I am going to have to give him a call and see if he is planning on making any this year!

I have went a long time without wearing a watch. I guess anytime that I need the time; I will just ask someone or look at my cell phone. It would be better if I just had a watch so I could glance at the time. I think I will get one in the near future. I do like some of the Skagen watches and I might go with one of them. It will probably feel a little weird to start with; since I’m not use to it. I know once you get use to wearing a watch; it feels like you’re naked without it on. I am going to keep my eyes out during the holiday season that is coming up and see if I find a good deal on one.
