Who is the best boogey man or serial killer on the big screen? Since we are in October and Halloween will be at the end of the month, I wanted to see who is the best mask vilian on the movie screen. There is lots of good choices out there and people probably view them in different ways. Maybe you like the scariness of Michael Myers or the comedy from Freddy Krueger.
